Refund policy
Gordon is a one-time digital service. We try to correct a deliverable before treating the work as lost.
Ask for help first
If an audit or redesigned menu has a material technical error, reply to a Gordon email with the audit reference and describe the problem. Gordon may generate and deliver a corrected version without changing the historical version already associated with the purchase.
When a full refund may be appropriate
Gordon will review requests involving duplicate or unauthorized charges, a paid package not delivered within the stated 24-hour window, or a material Gordon-caused defect that cannot be corrected in a reasonable time. Refund decisions are made case by case and do not reduce rights provided by applicable law.
What is not automatically refundable
A change of mind after delivery, disagreement with directional recommendations, failure to achieve a particular business result, or a problem introduced after modifying the delivered files does not automatically qualify for a refund. Gordon does not promise that the first generated design will be free of every text discrepancy; you must review it before public use and may request a correction.
How refunds affect access
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. A full refund revokes access to paid findings and downloads. The private workspace and limited payment records may remain available for support, accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute handling.
The current system automates full refunds. Partial refunds require manual review and do not automatically change workspace access.
