Terms of service

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the restaurant you submit. You represent that you may provide the menus, images, website links, and other material used for the audit, and that Gordon may process that material to perform the service.

Gordon provides a source-based menu audit, recommendations, a redesigned menu image, and a report. The current product is a one-time $149 USD purchase, not a subscription. The free preview does not include the complete paid package.

If you purchase before every file finishes generating, Gordon aims to deliver the remaining menu and report within 24 hours and will email you when they are ready.

The audit is decision support, not legal, accounting, nutritional, or financial advice, and does not guarantee revenue, margin, sales, or any other business result. AI-generated text and artwork can contain mistakes even after automated checks.

You are responsible for reviewing every item name, description, price, dietary or allergen statement, and other fact before publishing or printing a delivered menu. Gordon may deliver the best graded version after bounded correction attempts and then provide an updated version through support.

Stripe processes payment. Access is granted only after Gordon verifies payment through Stripe. Refunds follow the Refund Policy. A full refund revokes paid downloads while preserving limited transaction records needed for support and accounting.

You retain rights in material you submit. You grant Gordon a limited license to process it to provide, secure, and support the service. After payment, Gordon grants you a non-exclusive right to use and adapt the delivered audit and menu for the submitted restaurant.

You may not use Gordon to impersonate an unaffiliated restaurant, violate another person's rights, probe or disrupt the service, evade limits, or submit unlawful or malicious material.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Gordon's total liability arising from a paid audit will not exceed the amount paid for that audit, and Gordon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be limited.

Gordon may update these terms for future purchases. The version shown when you begin Checkout governs that purchase.
